What commission-based actually means here
There is no salary. There is no hourly rate, no base draw, and no paycheck for hours worked. Compensation happens when business is written, placed, and stays in force, and there is no guarantee that will happen at any particular level or on any particular timeline.
We will not publish income figures, ranges, or examples. Any earnings you might have would depend entirely on your own licensing, activity, results, and persistency, factors we can neither predict nor promise.
The runway question
Before anyone starts, the practical question is: how long can you operate without new income from this? Licensing takes time. Learning takes time. Business takes time to be placed. If the honest answer to that question is “not long,” starting part-time while keeping your current income is usually the sane choice.
What you get in exchange
Control over your schedule, ownership of the relationships you build, and no ceiling set by a job title. That is the trade, certainty for control. It is a real trade, not a slogan, and it goes badly for people who only wanted the second half.
What this is not
This is not passive income, not a shortcut to compensation by signing people up. The business includes serving clients with insurance; building and training a team is optional.
It is also not employment. Nothing here is an offer of a job, a guarantee of results, or a promise of any income.
Who this is for
- People with enough financial runway to build without immediate income
- People who have done commission or self-employed work before and liked it
- People motivated by ownership rather than a predictable paycheck
Who this is not for
- Anyone who needs guaranteed income right away
- Anyone who would resent months of effort before results
- Anyone attracted by income claims, because we do not make any
Common questions
Is there any base pay or stipend?
No. Compensation is commission-based only.
How long before someone typically earns anything?
It depends on licensing timelines, activity, and results, and we won't invent a number. What we can say is that licensing must come first and nothing is earned during it.
Can I do this alongside a job?
Many people start that way. It requires protected weekly hours rather than leftover time.
Opportunities described on this site are independent, licensed, commission-based business paths requiring state licensing, not offers of salaried employment. No specific results or income are promised or implied.
