This page is the unpolished version for producers weighing a move: what this team is, what it is not, and the contract questions to settle before you talk to anyone, including us.
Commission only. 1099, not W-2.
100% remote.
No income figures on this page, because nobody can promise you one.
Who this fits
- Independent producers whose problem is contract level, support, or lead cost.
- Licensed but inactive producers who want a real restart.
- Producers adding a second line under the correct license, disclosed and above board.
Who it does not fit
- Anyone who needs a salary.
- Anyone under a restriction they plan to ignore.
- Anyone expecting a book to move that their contract says is not theirs.
Before you move
- Read your current agreement for non-solicitation and client restrictions.
- Confirm whether a release is required and whether a blackout window applies.
- Confirm who owns your book, in writing.
- If you hold securities licenses, plan the outside-activity disclosure to your broker-dealer before you sign anything.
- Confirm your resident state appointment rules.
We will never ask you to breach an agreement. If a release or a waiting period applies, we plan around it.
How a move works here
- Take the licensed path of the assessment (3 minutes).
- A straight call about contract and support.
- Contracting paperwork with the blockers named, not hidden.
- Appointments per your state's rules.
